3. Orders and Payments

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days of receiving your payment.
4.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.
4.3. Livia Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other circumstances beyond our control.
4.4. In the event that a package is lost during shipment, we do not provide a refund. However, we will either resend the order or issue a store credit to you.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
5.2. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any customs fees that may apply for international returns.
5.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items, minus any original shipping costs if applicable.
5.4. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. All sales of discounted items are final.
6. Warranty and Reporting Damaged Products
6.1. We offer a 1-month warranty on our products specifically against discoloration.
6.2. This warranty is limited solely to discoloration and does not cover any other types of defects, damages, or issues.
6.3. Customers are required to report any problems or damages to the product within 48 hours of receiving their order. If a report is not made within this time frame, we cannot provide coverage for damage claimed as wear-and-tear or usage-related issues.
6.4. To make a warranty claim for discoloration or to report a damaged product, please contact our customer service team at liviasluxury@gmail.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.
6.5. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
7.1. Customers outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon delivery.
7.2. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Livia Luxury is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8.2. Our total liability to you in connection with any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.
